The UAE Embassy in Pretoria holds an economic seminar, in cooperation with the University of South Africa (UNISA), titled “South Africa and the UAE: Forging a Strategic Partnership for Global Trade and Investment Growth.” Professor Zerish Nkosi, Executive Dean for the College of Human Sciences at UNISA, attended and participated in the event alongside several professors and students from the university.
The seminar was also attended by ambassadors from various countries, members of the diplomatic corps, and representatives of Emirati and South African companies. During his speech, His Excellency Mahash Saeed Alhameli, UAE Ambassador to South Africa, highlighted the deep-rooted bilateral relations and underscored the numerous accomplishments in economic and trade ties between the UAE and South Africa over the past thirty years.
