Information concerning visa requirements for those wishing to travel to the UAE is listed below, however visa regulations and costs are subject to change and should always be checked with your travel agent or local UAE embassy before travelling. Do not overstay your visa as this will result in detention and fines.
Courtesy Visa
This special category of visit visa is available for individual tourists from East and West Europe who are not entitled to a visa on arrival. The visa entitles its holder to a 30-day stay and is non-renewable.
The fee is 80,00 euros and it should be paid to the Embassy’s account number.
The required documents for getting UAE visa are following:
Travelers are advised to make an appointment for visa applications 3 to 4 weeks prior to their planned travel.
Likewise, note that in case a female person is less than 21 years old and male person till 18 years old should submit letter of consent from her/his parents.
If you have previously traveled to the United Arab Emirates, please submit a color copy of the page with the stamps of the United Arab Emirates and a copy of your invalid passports with the rest of the documents. Please make sure that all copies are in color.
Bear in mind that you should call the Embassy of UAE to schedule your appointment for visa, and buying the airplane tickets after getting the entry visa.
Stop at Transit
Any person transiting less than 12 hours can stop at the airport until they make their connection, provided they have a visa and confirmed ticket to their next destination.

Time Taken to Visas
Time required for a visa is 10 working days before applying for UAE visa.
Legalisation
All documents (including academic qualifications) presented to the UAE Embassy’s Consulate Department for legalization must be certified by the First Main Court (note that you should contact Main Court of a city in which your document was issued, in case it is not Podgorica), Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Documents from the UAE will need to be endorsed by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs before legalization by the UAE Embassy in Podgorica.
